BIPOC POP Animation Festival

BIPOC Pop brings together creatives, scholars, and industry leaders of color in the comics, gaming, animation and multimedia arts to focus on strengthening community through the sharing of cutting-edge, creative, critical knowledge-making in the graphic storytelling arts.

The BPOC Pop Animation Festival is the film wing of the event. We seek animated shorts and animated features by both established and emerging BIPOC creatives.
